Our Process
Seven stages from the first free walkthrough to a twelve-month space review — with written scope, fixed pricing and weekly progress reports throughout.
Method
Nothing starts until the price is in writing
Office projects go wrong in predictable ways: an unpriced drawing, a lead time nobody checked, a punch list that never closes. Our process exists to remove those three failure points, and it has not changed much in fourteen years because it works.
Typical durations: a small refresh runs four to six weeks; a full floor fit-out for 60–120 people runs nine to fourteen weeks from approved design; a multi-floor headquarters runs four to seven months. We will give you a date range at scope stage and a fixed programme at design approval.

Walkthrough and brief
We meet you on site, measure what is there, photograph it and talk to the people who use it. We ask about headcount plans, storage habits, meeting patterns and the things that annoy everyone daily. Free of charge, roughly 90 minutes, no obligation.
Written scope and budget
Within five business days you receive a written scope, an outline test-fit plan and an itemised budget with clear inclusions and exclusions. If the numbers do not work, we will tell you which parts to cut and what that saves.
Design development
Finish boards with physical samples, furniture schedule, lighting and acoustic notes, and a drawing set. You approve each element before anything moves forward. Two rounds of revisions are included as standard.
Procurement and scheduling
Orders are placed with lead times confirmed in writing, goods are received into our Little Rock warehouse and checked against the schedule. You get a delivery programme showing what arrives on which day.
Site works and installation
Trades run to a published programme with our project manager on site. Our own crew installs furniture, levels it, manages cabling and removes all packaging. Weekly written reports with photographs throughout.
Punch list and handover
We walk the space with you, list every defect, fix them, and only then issue the final invoice. You receive an O&M pack: warranties, finish schedule, care instructions and reorder codes for every item.
Aftercare
Two-year workmanship warranty, manufacturer warranties administered by us, and a free space review at twelve months to reconfigure anything that is not working.

Three things that keep a project on schedule
One decision-maker
Committees are welcome at review meetings, but one named person needs authority to approve finishes and release orders. Split approval is the single biggest cause of delay.
Building access rules early
Loading dock hours, freight elevator booking, insurance certificates and out-of-hours permissions. Get us the landlord contact at scope stage and we handle the rest.
Honest headcount plans
Tell us the growth you actually expect, not the conservative number. Planning for it now costs far less than re-planning a floor in eighteen months.
